Veritec appoints Melissa Saint as General Manager, Business Applications

Melissa is an experienced Project and Program Manager with over 20 years’ experience leading large and complex engagements across state and federal government.

Canberra, 19th August 2020Veritec, an FTS Group company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Melissa Saint to the role of General Manager, Business Applications. Melissa has started in the role and with this appointment has joined Veritec’s Senior Leadership team.  

Melissa is an experienced Project and Program Manager with over 20 years’ experience leading large and complex engagements across state and federal government. Most recently she worked as Director, NTT Digital (formerly Oakton) where she managed a multidisciplinary team of consultants and delivery of all services including Project and Program Delivery, Governance and Assurance, Business Analysis, Testing and Change Management. During her time at NTT Digital she led the growth of the ACT and NSW Project Services Domain teams.

In this new General Manager role, Melissa will be charged with leading Veritec’s national team of Business Applications consultants who specialise in the delivery of innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). She will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction for her team and senior stakeholder engagement with Veritec’s strategic customers and partners in the Business Applications space.  Veritec currently has over 60 Business Applications consultants who are based in ACT, NSW, and VIC.

This appointment comes at a time when Veritec is looking to further bolster its Dynamics 365 team following several recent wins in both the public and private sector.   The role was previously held by Greg Mace who was recently promoted to CEO of Veritec.
