Microsoft have released two Dynamics 365 offers available for eligible customers to use the following cloud services for 6-months for free:  

  • Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Offer for Health, Govt (any level of branch), NFP and Education.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Remote Assist offer for all Commercial Customers outside of the above criteria

As a Microsoft Gold Partner, it’s been amazing to see how they have mobilised globally to support communities and organisations affected by the COVID-19 crisis. We’re proud to be a partner, supporting Microsoft to roll these initiatives out to Australia organisations and businesses.

Locally here in Australia we are already seeing our customers take advantage of these offers and hope to support more organisations impacted by COVID-19 utilise Microsoft technologies during this time.

What’s on offer?

Offer applies to organizations that meet the following criteria:

Power Platform:

  • In healthcare, government (any level or branch), nonprofit, or education sectors
  • Implementing a Power Platform solution in response to COVID-19, either a Microsoft-provided template or custom implementation

Dynamics 365:

  • Implementing a Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Dynamics 365 Remote Assist solution in response to COVID-19, either a Microsoft-provided template or custom implementation

Some details on the Power Platform offer

Microsoft Power Platform was designed to empower everyone, regardless of their technical ability, to collaborate and solve problems fast. The Microsoft Power Platform team have released two Power Platform solutions to enable customers to coordinate information and resources in times of crisis, and a Microsoft Power Virtual Agents bot to manage crisis response. Microsoft have made Power AppsPower AutomatePower Apps portals and Power Virtual Agents available for a free six-month product offer, that includes all premium capabilities for customers in the healthcare, education, nonprofit, and government sectors.

Some details on the Dynamics 365 offer

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist and Dynamics 365 Customer Service (including Digital Messaging) is available free of charge for up to six months for customers implementing a solution in response to COVID-19, either a Microsoft-provided template or custom implementation.

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist allows front-line workers to stay connected with experts as technicians can collaborate with colleagues and experts from different locations.

For businesses who are experiencing increased call centre volumes as a result of COVID-19, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, can provide consistent, personalized support to call centre employees while working remotely.
